Customer reviews about The Perrin Inn
- Colin Owen Added 13/08/2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆On the good side the staff were friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was ok. The food in the evening was basic but edible. The down side was the room. We were upstairs in one of the 'cottages'. It soon became clear that there was no sound proofing between floors and we could hear the people downstairs talking. We then spent the evening whispering and tiptoeing about so as not to disturb them. The bed has got to be the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept in. The springs were sticking in me all night and I ended up sleeping with the duvet underneath me to get a bit of padding. We had two big spider pets living in the cobwebs in the corner of the room so good job we don't mind creepy crawlies. I realise that it can be difficult to stop mould in shower cubicles but there was not only mould in the shower but also on the curtains and the walls in the bedroom too. No coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron or remote control for the telly. This hotel was 70euro for the two of us booked on line but annoyingly advertised on boards at front of hotel at 30 euros each per night. All in all you probably get what you pay for. It's cheap but not so cheerful!
